Past talks and lectures
Freyja regularly delivers talks to her students on a variety of subjects as a core member of the University of Arts London MA Co-Design for Sustainable Futures at London College of Communication.
A 2011 graduate of University of Brighton 3D Design, Freyja was asked to return and share her journey from student to professional, with a focus on creating opportunity to find ones voice and applying for scholarships and residencies.
During her time as a Daiwa Scholar in Japan Freyja was invited to share her practice and recent/ongoing projects at Fabcafe, Shibuya.
Freyja shared the influence of Biophilic Design on the soft organic biofeedback concept she created with MIT professor Judson Brewer at Dutch Design Week.
An intimate talk and discussion on the role of science fiction in design took place at Mutek digital arts festival in Tokyo.
